Syllabi from Capstone/Integration Sociology Courses

at Christian Colleges and Universities

Last Updated: August 2008

This collection of syllabi is intended to be a resource for schools who teach a capstone course in a sociology major, typically at the senior level, and usually examining the intersection of, or conversation between, sociology and Christian faith.  Ideas for how to construct such a course, or for potential components for such a course, can be gleaned from seeing how other schools do so.  The list is administered by Dennis Hiebert of Providence College (Canada), and all submissions should be sent to him at dennis.hiebert@prov.ca.  Instructors are encouraged to submit the updated syllabus for their course every time they teach it, because this collection will be updated annually.
